Niko Visa is a visa preparation service based in New York. We help Russian-speaking clients prepare for U.S. nonimmigrant visas: B1/B2, F-1 and J-1. We also offer a course for the U.S. citizenship civics test. Our main site is in Russian. This page covers the notices and key terms in English.

Your right to cancel
You may cancel the contract at any time. Within the first 3 business days you pay nothing; after that you pay only for completed stages.
You may cancel any contract within 3 business days and get back your documents and any money you paid.
Refunds for work not yet done are made within 15 days. Original documents are never kept by us.
How we work
- Clients chat with Nikita's AI assistant in Telegram. The assistant says it is an AI.
- We look for mistakes before the consular officer does. An AI drafts the DS-160, an AI from another company cross-checks it. Nikita reviews what matters most: the name as in the passport, dates, past visas and refusals, the security section, and everything where checks found a mismatch or missing data. Nikita also decides on taking a case, the contract and every invoice.
- The applicant enters and signs the DS-160 personally. Niko Visa is listed as the preparer.
- We never log in to State Department or appointment systems on a client's behalf and never store their passwords.
- We do not give legal advice, predict visa outcomes or coach answers for the interview.
- Complex cases (two or more refusals, prior violations, status matters inside the U.S.) go to an attorney. We do not accept referral fees.
Contract and payment
- A written contract in Russian and English is signed before any payment.
- Invoices are issued only after a stage is completed. No prepayment.
- Government fees are paid by the client directly.
Privacy in short
- We collect only what a case needs. Passports are uploaded via a secure link, never in chat.
- Case files, documents and messages are kept for 3 years after the contract date, as New York law requires. Without a contract, data is deleted after 90 days.
- Service providers: Telegram, AI providers, Cloudflare, our server host, CRM, e-signature, email and Stripe. Full list in the Russian policy.
- Clients can request a copy, correction or deletion of their data.
